New and trying to learn.. Is Natera’s HR department legitimate? If an employee filed a complaint would anything come of it? Or, would the employee(s) be at risk? Most corporate orgs are relatively unbiased but inquiring specifically about this one. People need to be reported at the company but need to clarify if penalization / retaliation will occur. Leadership is crooked and dishonest. Many do not know how to navigate the best avenue to report. A slew of people are looking / leaving.. is HR worth one last chance? Many other orgs have passed (I.e. billing) but have been uncovered to be very corrupt. Manager is extremely vague and not straightforward. Manager above them even worse. Exercised all avenues and seeking any advice.
GET AN ATTORNEY! Don’t talk to anyone in HR or even your manager. If you do…you get what you expect!

Manager’s and above are protected by Natera at all costs. If you report anything they will retaliate. HR does not have your back. If you try to do things the proper channels it will be used against you and you can count on your territory suddenly being dissolved. Collect factual documentation and find your own legal council (I am not a lawyer and this is just my opinion). Protect yourself. If you go this route, Natera will come after you hard so be very thorough with your documentation! This organization is disgusting and I do hope one day that they are exposed for the fraudulent company they are!

Trump knows how to run a company. PG isn't in charge. SC is.....SC is all over the place!! You should NEVER have a business analyst in charge of comp!! Every year, every quarter the margins get more and more watered down! The leadership gets to make up their own rules to bury people who work their asses off and reward the fucktards that barely get off their sofa!

This is SOOOOO true. The RD's and AD's are no angels either... they're fully aware of many things going down and it's in their best interest to contribute to unethical practices. Shady doesn't even begin to describe the cons in positions of power they do not deserve to be in.

They make the rules as they go and manipulate to cover up immoral decisions... this is why no sane person can put up with it for long. Every talking puppet and org is unqualified and corrupt.
