THIS IS WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON

This was in NE R3. And it has been going on since the RT rifs. AM knew it was going on. When there is no RT or per diem the job has to be done. So it is pushed onto PST to get it done. I even had other locations contact me on how to do them because the AM told them to ask me how to do them. I was with company for over 5 years, finally had to say goodbye. I started we had 3 PST's got cut down to 1. Try to take a day off, you cant because then you get called after 5PM because you are on call. If you take a vacation you have to bust your butt and try to double up the week before and week after just so you can take time off. I was called out for a NPPV that brokedown afterhours, we had none in location with settings already set so I could take 1 out and swap it. So I call AHCC and talk to RT and they say call my Rt and have them come out. What a joke, if I did have 1 they didnt take calls after 5pm anyhow. We have a DR that orders 2-4 titrations a week. If it wasnt done they were calling in flipping out so the PST again has to go out and do these. I dont mind doing anything but after 3 years you would think they would have gotten at least a per diem. I will say this though, RS never made our location flex out OT but all others in our area she did.

lol if your location only had one pst,how could they flex you out,trust me,if they could have they would have.
 




































I do hope kharma comes around for this company - feel bad for the worker bees, but the management doesn't give a shit about it's employees and the bad feelings they create that show in employee performance. If management treats employees with respect, it will show in employee performance, not a revolving door of employees. I especially enjoy the bogus employee satisfaction surveys that have now deleted the comments area and how all Rotech employees are happy, satisfied with mediocre pay, and feel the benefits are great - it's all a myth - how stupid do they think we are!

I would be scared to have my elderly parents as a patient of this company with the incompetence and shortcuts that are taken all in the name of money/revenue and would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

ive been working here for four years and have never taken this survey,where do you find it?is it possible my manager is going into my email and filling it out?
 






I have been researching info on Rotech due to problems I am having with the Melbourne, FL location. I was diagnosed with apnea and received my Bipap system in May 2011. The last straw was when I was told by the office manager on 7-21 that he would schedule me for a new fitting, but one week later had not called. I called, spoke to another rep, who arranged for a delivery for me. She told me the respiratory therapist was out of town this week! One hour later, the office manager called and apologized, said he was "slammed". There is no excuse! They are not selling pool supplies! Your post has confirmed suspisions I have been having, and I appreciate your post! To anyone who replies with negative comments regarding this post, they will be ignored.
