Look at all the people with LLC's in the NE....CA, LC, MZ, JP...just to name a few. According to the indictment, that is how these docs were paid....you do the math who was involved.

Yeah, All this big revenue is being produced for this very small company and nobody above a DM knows anything about it? I thought MM was the smartest guy in the world? Maybe this is why they never generated reports to show us specifically where our revenue was coming from at the account level? Most of us who won ACE never really knew where our final numbers came from or how they were calculated. Don't ask questions and congratulations.

They report at the account level because that is how it is billed, and Quest won't furnish physician level data so they keep it consistent with every lab. MM, MZ knew exactly what was going on (why do you think MM left before it got ugly?) and LC is a pathological liar so he pulled it all off with his reps. Payoff, move the zip codes, expand the panels, suck it all up while you can before you got caught. Hope they ROT as the IDD ship starts sinking.

Senior managament knew something fishy was going on and chose not to ask questions, act. Delaying the obvious actions prolongs the healing process.
 






MZ knew nothing about it and was out of the loop? What planet are you from?
