You might want the Feds to look into a West coast manager or two about encouraging reps to blow up panels that are not clinically relevant (aka insurance fraud) and give out kick backs/bribes in the form of gift cards and fake honorariums. Just like a game of dominoes, all guilty parties will eventually bring each other down. Managers and Regionals need to go, this was encouraged from the top down.

It was just a matter of time. MZ loved bio-d and now its out. And CA and LC were 2 of the biggest pompous asses I ever met. There's no way on the planet you could win ACE 7 years in a row at those volumes without being shady, I knew it, but couldn't prove it. Now they can take all their bonus checks and ACE checks and use it to pay attorneys and fines. Well played you fools.
 






attorney fees ? and bonus checks? The government already fined them over $800,000 which neither have, and they still have to pay that back, when they get out of jail. Neither will ever get a job having a felony on their record. THey will have no life. It is all horrible , and sad for everyone involved.

I just do not understand how and why they did what they did? greed? What about morals and ethics?

Nothing sad about this. These are very calculating people who knew exactly what they were doing, and the risks and the rewards. They are not moral or ethical....and many of us are shamelessly happy they finally got what's coming

Why did MZ love BDL? Hopefully the authorities find out. If anybody has a reason to love BDL it's him
 


















Wasn't MZ's wife on the board of Biodiagnostics? Even if not, he's technically innocent until proven guilty. However, I suspect most of us feel he's guilty until proven innocent.
