Remember the days when we could see the reversal/rejection report for our territories? No way they’d send that to us now. Every single office is getting 50% or more PAs denied. The managed care team was not Recuce-It ready and sales is being blamed. 20 years in pharma, this could be the worst launch I’ve ever seen from an access point of view. Doctors will stop writing out of sheer frustration until coverage/cost gets better. And, we’ve been told that there won’t be many, if any, changes to managed care plans until 2021. It doesn’t matter how many commercials we have on tv, branded or non-branded, patients just can’t get this med. It’s going to be a long, tough year.
