You would be well served to know that this is a business leadership issue, not some philosophical fairy dust, feel good bullshit. What I hate is the appearance of incompetence and recklessness senior leadership exemplifies. You know nothing about business, the company isn’t projected to be profitable until 3 years from now. We don’t need this distraction. We need change management to grow our business, not someone who should be on Vivitrol in leadership.
There are many people on Vivitrol (plus therapy) or that used to be on Vivitrol in leadership and other important positions. Addressing head on whatever internal things he's dealing with will likely make him a better leader, might be something you should look in to.
