I dont like to think of it as my job either. It is too humiliating. I haven't accepted it.

Prove me wrong and share your knowledge. Do the math, thousands of reps laid off and minimal jobs available. Jobs may be there but very few and far between.
THERE ARE NO GOOD JOBS FOR FOOLS LIKE YOU. ONCE YOU TELL YOURSELF CONTRACT IS GREAT AND "ALL THERE IS OUT THERE" THERE IS NOTHING ELSE. YOU ARE THE PERFECT CSO. ENJOY YOUR 10 MONTH JOB.
Your comment could be accurate if you are talking outside of pharma say in another form of healthcare. I actually love my CSO job and the ability to change and learn different products etc. CSO had put me one easy street. In 2003 I purchased 20k shares of PDI stock for 95 cents, eight months later I sold it at 32.00. Do the math and you will see why I happen to like CSO and why I don't mind working for them. Because of that I can pick and choose, survive when I am between contracts. It may not work for you but it works fo me. So keep on collecting your unemployment and good luck finding a pharma job outside of CSO.

Let's set the PDI stock record straight (BTW, I trade daily). In 2003, PDI, Inc which goes under the symbol (PDII) was never below $6 per share, so no you did not buy it at 0.95 like you claim. You may have sold it for $32 per share, as that was at it's highest point.
Since 2006, PDII has stayed below $16 per share. Today it is at $6.49 per share.

CSO always first to go. Mean nothing to anyone. We are just temps with no security, no respect, no nothing.
Yes but we are temps. We are the bottom scum of this industry. Once one enters the ranks of cso or contract, they are labeled. I am doomed. No one will hire me.
