Surprising she got the job. Andy Pandy NEVER liked her at the beginning. Really disliked the tattoo on the back of her neck. Was under pressure to promote one from the "leaders" group. Too bad she was a mediocre sales rep at best. Probably the only one willing to move. Couldn't be any worse than the managers Andy has hired in the past.

I thought they told us target bonus was $6,500 per quarter? I'm doing ok compared to the national numbers and it doesn't look like I'll get even close to that for Q3 or 4. What's up?

Yes, absorica. From what I hear, steroid group makes a couple grand a quarter tops. Not good.

The IC plan is very disapointing. If we are driving the sales the target should be more in the range of 8-10 per quarter based on what these recruiters are telling me.
