Although much of this is funny, some of it is downright nasty. There is no need to berate people just because you don't care for them. The comments about management are understandable as they cannot please everyone, but the attacks against the individual reps are just uncalled for. Grow up kids.

Noticed the boys in PA got another thread pulled. If you management folks are so focused on keeping the bad PR off of CP, I guess that accounts for the abject miserable launches of what now, three products?

I guess they give more than three strikes in Israel.

I'm really glad they removed a thread that was essentially bullying a rep. I have no idea what happened or didn't happen, and understand that CP is not composed of, nor targeting the most desirable reps/readers/posters, but to read horrible things about someone that we work alongside and has a stellar reputation of basically just consistently slaying, I'm glad that it was a priority to remove it from the internet for that rep's colleagues, competitors, children, customers, etc to read. I would bet my life that most of the posters criticizing the rep that was named have no idea how good you have to be at sales to sell vials like candy at almost $1K a pop. Said rep is not standing in a sample closet waiting for a signature and hoping for a formulary win. That rep is selling a product where sales have to truly be generated by (gasp!), selling. And that person does it like a boss. Sick to read such awful insinuations about such a great role model for success.

THIS thread exists because of the Roller Disco Dynamo from Flint, CC, Fish and Chips, et. al that have side railed a number of strong sales careers here, including targeting veteran salespeople while they were close to cash out significantly on that bullshit bonus system in play.

THIS thread seeks to expose to those who still believe a career in pharma is what they should focus on, that this company and unit is a strong one, that this is not even a remote consideration for an open opportunity. It also serves as a warning to those left behind that there is no loyalty here. The management here is so sorely incompetent when it comes to coaching true sales performance and lack such self confidence, that any performer will be shown the door in a painful way when he or she thinks outside of that manager's mindset and truly tries to drive their business. "Keep calling on that modified target list and you will see you number grow. Trust me." Oh and make sure to make that calendar of calls look pretty..........

I guess this is the higher management's new tactic on how to address this ennui and dissatisfaction. Champ, no one here save a top few, are getting BIG checks.

I am reading a lot of this from what I am guessing is the same person regularly firing shots at TR management. Railing against the incompetence and lack of leadership, and I wonder, if you are so good, why don't you rise up, perform well, and become a leader instead of complaining on an anonymous website? Your lack of insight into why some decisions are made is entertaining. You say veteran salespeople were targeted, that is a strong term, if it were true, you could have gotten a lawyer and proven it but you cannot, because it is not true. People are held accountable for work, period and you got CAUGHT, sorry.
