I've asked that same question to other reps and the only things they can tell me are 1. pension and 2. company car. That's it.
Just a little word of advice for anyone reading these posts, we aren't guaranteed a pension. It could be taken away at any time. If you're seven years into this job and you're holding on for another 18 years to get that sweet, sweet pension promise, is 18 years of misery really worth it?
