A zygote is formed by a fertilization event (sex). The zygote's genome is a combination of the DNA in each contributor and contains all of the genetic information necessary to form a new individual. When termination occurs, that new individual will not be formed. This is far different than 'killing an innocent individual.

Zygote is the foundation that, given enough time for pregnancy completion, will become a human being. The term 'pregnancy termination' refers to the act of termination the necessary time for that pregnancy to blossom into a human. If it doesn't, it simply doesn't. It isn't murder of a human being. It's termination of a pregnancy.
