The toxic culture of Eli Lilly

It’s only getting worse. There’s no longer any concern for the well-being of the field sales force.
It’s terribly disappointing what’s happened to this company I once felt pride in working for. I’m looking to get out, like so many others I know. For those considering employment here, I suggest you look elsewhere.

It's like that everywhere with almost all hourly/salary type positions. You went to college, why do you want to be a slave to 50 bullet points of responsibility? I suppose it would help if there was a bullet point for "breathe. relax. yes your job is bullshit but you don't work 24 hours a day, do you?"

Listen, you don't need to be coming at with me with your Kuta-tude. I understand, first world problem, boo-hoo-hoo. For your 411, I live in the first world Kuta-Kuta. I don't care about Indonesia. Or Grenada. Or Bangladesh. Or Somalia. Or Haiti. Or Alabama. I do care about the Bay, Carmel by the corn and Paris, France. I wish Alex would move the affiliate to at least Keystone and 86th Street.

"Carmel by the Corn" -that is hilarious. Been to the one by the Sea, and Indy more times than I can count but never ventured up there.
