They have a disproportionate impact on organizational performance. They have lower trust, lower retention rates. Positional leaders focus on their own authority and status. They view people as objects- as a means to an end. You have people screaming on this website about their ineptitude to lead, low satisfaction ratings (and explicit comments) on the pulse surveys, resignations throughout these two regions, all with the refusal to trace back to ineffective SRD leadership. And so the domino effect of poor leadership continues to negatively impact the culture….Over and over again
