Her leadership and fear based dictatorship needs to be looked at by Eric Brown. She will keep losing good managers and reps. Managers are too afraid to say anything for fear of her. That doesn’t promote a good culture of really knowing what’s going on in the field

The whole region has changed for the worst and we have lost many talented reps due to her putting them on “plans”. I thought harassment, a hostile work environment and assumptive threats were something Alks took seriously, why even make us do the stupid modules all the time when a regional is a loose cannon and that’s encouraged? Terrible culture in the west right now…

She pushed out legends in Arizona but I blame Luke for letting her…needs to stick up for his reps
 




































I hope the replacements fare better, seems like a vicious cycle. Alkermes can get rid of her if they want; “yes they can!”

Big problem is Todd Nichols and Joe Eric Brown…if they keep her then they will lose good managers and Reps. Do the math Eric a 10-15% retention is not industry standard it’s very bad. Unless you want this since you’re doing layoffs by end of year

Wow! Anything over 40% attrition is terrible but 85-90%? Houston we have a problem
 






It’s not just a west coast thing!


looks like the NE and the West are cut from the same cloth. The fundamental problem is how DS and DW lead- from positional authority. Positional leaders have less credibility. They have a disproportionate impact on organizational performance. They have lower trust, lower retention rates. Positional leaders focus on their own authority and status. They view people as objects- as a means to an end. You have people screaming on this website about their ineptitude to lead, low satisfaction ratings (and explicit comments) on the pulse surveys, resignations throughout these two regions, all with the refusal to trace back to ineffective SRD leadership. And so the domino effect of poor leadership continues to negatively impact the culture….Over and over again

Funny how one regional has a negative effect on many. Remove the problem and the culture improves, simple solution bit it will never be implemented because the C-Suite idiots don’t care at all

Come Eric this is where you have to show true leadership and not just listen to Northeast and West Directors. Dig down a bit and maybe listen to the HR exit interviews of managers and reps leaving and it will boil down to these fear based directors who are so inept at knowing how truly the business works. But if retention isn’t your goal then keep them and you will keep losing good people
 






She hires the most inept managers. All the good ones will leave…She hired a lady from our team Jessica Donelli who was willing to throw her own partner under the bus to advance her career in San Diego. He was the nicest guy just a young family so didn’t work everyday till 8-5 but great rep and she threw him out to the wolves and Deena loved that and promoted her for that and sucking up for every pet project under the sun. We’ve never forgot that and that showed us right there who she was and Deena
