CDR is virtually the same as Adu. 0.39 Vs. 0.45 after 18 months/ 36 infusions. This is a rounding error of efficacy. A 27% on CDR after 18 months when Adu had 22%
Micro hemorrhage at 17% Vs19 with Adu.
It’s statistically the same shitty MOA with a different name.

What does this change in CDR actually mean in terms of function for a patient? Anything?

Not much. The CDR is a three point scale. This is a very small improvement.

If the AB hypothesis isn’t accurate, it’s no wonder that these drugs perform virtually the same and show little actual clinical benefit. LEC is unfortunately dead before it even hits the market.
