The Real Deal

This is a toxic culture. I’ve yet to see anyone help one another here. I understand it’s “big pharma” but seriously. If people feel cared for they will do anything. Laying off all of those people only to turn around and hire more… the optics aren’t so great.

So much truth in this quote. I’ve helped many colleagues and have gotten nothing in return. Disturbing culture.

Spoken like a true marketer or leader. In order to educate or “sell” any of the BMS products we had to throw out your entire playbook because it was GARBAGE with a utter lack of understanding of how an office works; how healthcare is reimbursed; or how a clinician even thinks. People with business degrees and zero healthcare experience or science background need to kick rocks.

So let me get this straight: you threw out the playbook and did it “your way,” but it’s not YOUR fault that the drug is a flop?

That’s some serious crack you’re smoking.
