The RBD at the Eliquis Launch was insulting!!

Back then you could compare and win. The crazy thing is the docs want us to compare and win. The first thing out of their mouths after every interaction is "how does x compare to y?" We used to use studies and PIs (things approved by the FDA) in order to make our case. We have totally been neutered. Our execs can't be surprised by the results. If they are then they are dumber than we all thought.
 




Right, right...and then it all came crashing down when you got us fined over $2B by the gov't and needed those attorney's you hate so much to step in and SAVE us...
It was the actions of sales managers and reps that one division that someone mentioned earlier. The same division where most of our Sales SVPs came from. THEIR lackadaisical oversight and encouragement of unethical behavior cost us 2B in fines.

The same applies to Prevnar 13 vs. Pneumovax.

So true. It is possible to compare and win in an ethical fashion Physicians want to know and they want to know the benefits for their patients. Years ago, if you could not do this you could be fired. Still all above board

Management can only do so much to keep rogue reps under control....

Yes, they were put on the Urology Sales team. They are out selling Toviaz and Viagra while former Wyeth Womens' Health Care reps are google searching the cardiologists and trying to find the "calf lab" (as one of them so eloquently put it the other day when asking me 1000 questions about their new territory, which I patiently answered)

Wait until the shareholders get to read about this debacle I am documenting for a financial publication...

Calf lab? Hys-fucking-sterical. Do we still have our animal division?
