This is what I have heard is the plan to grab the money and go.
1. 75 million in sales this year.
2. iPO targeted for October of this year.
3. Everyone but reps have options.
4. Camel Boy and Chip Lady will walk with millions if it happens.

Sad that the large numbers of corpses and wrecked careers they will be standing on if this is allowed to happen.

When everything comes out, nobody will want to have anything to do with is place.

someone is coming out? i think they can get married in a lot of states now.

as for the rest, this is not 'news'. IPO is something that has been discussed at the last three company meetings. it is also something that would benefit everyone at the company, options, shares, or not. with more cash, there can be more higher caliber employees hired on, more clinical studies, better reimbursement, snazzier marketing literature, etc. etc. etc.

you should refer to the IFU for the product you're thinking about. the indications statements from the snazzy 510ks are all listed there. if you haven't figured that out yet, i worry about our company's hiring practices.
 






Taking the company public in the fall after hitting a fictional sales goal has been the stated spring plan for 5 years now. It is a annual tradition, like Christmas.
 












The plan? Wreck careers and lie to anyone that will listen. Funny thing is I had an interview with another similar company, and they straight up asked me if Acell was a pyramid scheme. Sure seems like that.
 












you people are very sad. it's a job. at a company. don't like it? don't work here! i can't understand all this crying and moaning about jobs you all pursued, interviewed for, accepted, and then stayed at under your own free will. if you're not happy, LEAVE! you're free to do so at any time you like! i'm willing to bet 95% of the sales force here was unemployed when they came to ACell. i was laid off from one of the bigger companies. did i like that job more? damn straight i did. i had a better salary, more perks, and better name recognition with my product line. but guess what? the flip side is i got canned, as everyone does at those companies, eventually. that's just the nature of the business. here i knew exactly what i was getting into, and quite frankly, i make a decent living. to do that in a bad economy is fine with me.

It doesn't matter, it's all coming down. WB case is on the way and all the criminals will be punished. Plenty of data being supplied so camel boy, most RM's and select few AM's who had the guts to put anything on Bladder Matters or Email will be in hot water. It's all recorded and the rest on company approved marketing material before they tried to conform to FDA requirements. The old "Is anyone from legal on right now?" "No?, good this is what you do" is a classic but will bite him in the ass by June. "Sell a gram and not 1000 mg"?'hilarious! It's coming, too many pissed off ex employees.
 












what's to say? we've been hearing the same song and dance on this board for over a year. 'you're going down!' 'fda is coming!' 'potato chip!' 'camel boy!' (don't even know what the heck that one means and i've been at the company over a year and a half). on the other side, its 'what are you whining about you cry babies?' 'don't like it? leave!'

same stuff over and over again. i actually started surfing other companies sites b/c they are more varied and interesting.

Camel Boy- you didn't see the picture of our fearless leaders camel? It was shown in Vegas at the NSM but you might have been drinking outside the meeting room at Noon with Chi-Town rep and missed it. Did the metal flask impart a taste to whatever was in it?
Check back June! The fun should be underway at that point.
 






Wahh, I am so scared. Doctors can do what they want. They come find me in my territory because they know we have a medical miracle in the powder.
Hair regen docs calling me, patient shelling out the cash.
Orthos calling me for OA injections, patients shelling out the cash.
It is crazy and I love it. If you can't hang you've gotta go, acell didn't destroy yor family and career, they gave you a chance to be part of something special. You couldn't cut it, you couldn't tell people about the miracles we see across the country everyday. You suck, go back to a me too and deal with the fact that you aren't a revolution.
