No, I haven’t heard this. My best guess would be once Entresto goes generic for sure. Or, another year of abysmal Leqvio sales. Good luck everyone!
Also not hearing this. Find it hard to believe they would do a layoff in Nov and then again in Feb. Why bother? Just do at same time. Whenever Entresto goes, we go.

1) Novartis is fighting the generics from getting a "skinny" label, meaning the generic is only approved for HFrEF. Decision remains to be seen.
2) If the generics pervail, Enteresto will be done, this year or next year.
3) BOTTOM LINE, Entresto will be done SOON!
4) Stay for severence, your choice.
Been here 7 years. I have had 3 RD's, 5 ABL's, 4 different territories. Just plan on some kind of reorg ever 12 to 18 months. That much instability just shows how incompetent upper management is. Change for change sake is just bad business. It is basically upper management check the box for investors and the board to show they are doing something.
The CV division is the laughing stock of Novartis. Just ask the leaders from other divisions..crazy stuff.
Glad I was let go. This division has been on a rapid decline over the course of the past 2 to 3 years. I’ve never seen such a toxic environment in my career. Apparently the mass exodus has begun. Do yourself and your family a favor, get out as soon as you can, and get as far away from this place as possible.
