2 weeks for every year sounds way off. 2 years ago they paid an employee that was there 8 months 3.5 months of pay and 4.5 months of health insurance.

These idiots want us to go out for the next few weeks and sell our ass off not knowing if we have a job in a few weeks, ridiculous. Hey Teva, we don't have a multimillion dollar buy out like Dr Levin and I have stopped working and I am looking for another job from 8-5. If you want me to work then come out and say we will be given generous separation agreement plus paying out any bonus money earned through the year and then I will go back to busting my ass for this company.

No company has to keep the same severance from year to year. The two weeks per year is correct.

I am having to spend all my time on Healthcare.gov trying to get health insurance in the event I get axed off of Teva island. Lucky for Teva I have already hit my Paragard and Quartette goal for the year.

Teva is making enough on Aggrenox alone to may most of the bills in Womens Health. This is just another way to please the stockholders while shitting on the reps.
