Get a clue corporate. To get ahead in this game you need to be proactive not reactive to what is going on.

Treat your people with respect and they may surprise you. Continue with your current stance and loose more good people.
 












everything said in this thread is true. the worst management in the business of my 20+ yrs and i bet 1/2 of the reps are on PIPs. if you are considering a job here, do yourself a favor and run (unless you are desperate)

How much Affinity business was lost when an ASP was established? Few million? 10’s of millions? Or that was all because of Covid… in 2022 right?

XT- no ASP. Only product growing. Better prey to the Medicare gods you don’t get an ASP in Q4 so you can keep you job for another quarter.

Nice try BG. You might not have told your sales force to sell on the spread, but you certainly didn’t stop it when it was obviously was happening.
