I was there also. It was the Nuero sales force, everyone was reassigned, no downsizing. It was very transparent.

I was there yeah they reassigned for a month crowded the PCP matrix then dumped 42% of the sales force in 9/2009. Then old Bonehead Bob tells us We cut deep so we won't do this again. We kept the Top Performers you are privileged to be in this room..blah blah blah
At least this most recent time KD had the decency to warn us in February about upcoming changes in June. Which I am very thankful!
They were fair with the recent layoff. If you were retained and you don't like your position- they gave you time to update your resume and look.

So true! Everyone I know including myself who was displaced have moved to better positions!
