New CEO should read the exit interviews/surveys and reach out to reps that have left or leaving. That will give him a clear picture of the hand he was dealt.
He knows, company is beyond repair only option is to sell which he will do in the next year or 2.New CEO should read the exit interviews/surveys and reach out to reps that have left or leaving. That will give him a clear picture of the hand he was dealt.
Exiting employees are not required to do exit interviews. When I left heard nothing from HR.New CEO should read the exit interviews/surveys and reach out to reps that have left or leaving. That will give him a clear picture of the hand he was dealt.
Not a real company - they don’t want feedback because they think they perfect. Now the companies stock is tanking combined with their terrible Glassdoor reviews - good luck filling all the open roles with talent.Exiting employees are not required to do exit interviews. Good point! Now go sell something.Vertex wants high quality experienced reps they trust to do the job. Great salaries, giving 4 weeks vaca, company gives last 2 weeks off and another week or so later in the year. Pacira doesn’t trust anyone knows how to sell. They micromanage reps and wonder why the company sales suck! It’s a toxic environment & should personality test RDBs/ADs before handing out jobs. Lots of micromanagers here, few leaders, never seen anything like it. New CEO has work ahead of him if he thinks the silos aren’t going away, just getting worse. Management willing to throw reps under the bus to make themselves look good. Lots of departments a joke here. No accountability, pointing fingers, no urgency & lazy! If CEO wants to know what’s going on in this company, asks your reps, not the “yes people.” Good luck
Who left now?...and another one bites the dust!

That’s cause they’re considered entry level now…and that’s what they’ll get. It wasn’t entry level in the past. So sad to see this company go down so fastWhat is it going to take for Pacira to wake up and start taking care of their employees? There is not a pipeline of great candidates waiting to get into Pacira…
Company had so much potential unfortunately they let some bad ppl in that brought more bad ppl who didn’t care about patients or the business. Now paying for those mistakes. That’s cause they’re considered entry level now…and that’s what they’ll get. It wasn’t entry level in the past. So sad to see this company go down so fast

Products are great. Leadership is beyond incompetent. Just a bunch of corporate bobble heads, castaways and drifters. Total absence of self awareness and understanding. You want to attract talent? Pay people. You want to keep talent? Pay people. And that’s literally the one thing they try their hardest not to do. EXCEPT for useless leadership. Make sure to give them all the money! The Pacira way.Company had so much potential unfortunately they let some bad ppl in that brought more bad ppl who didn’t care about patients or the business. Now paying for those mistakes.
