Ok folks, let’s stick to the intentions of the thread. As we all know there has been high turnover especially in sales. First, why the high turnover? What are some things we can do to make Aegis good again?
 














































































Something tells me following your advice will be unproductive and my numbers will reflect that but I know you are just trying to stir the pot with fake information. I am thankful to have a job and will continue to give a full days work. If you are following your own advice your numbers will continue to drop and you will be without a job if you are not in that situation already which I am confident you are. Do you really get satisfaction stirring the pot with negativity? If so, I feel really sorry for you that you are that unhappy in life. Happy Thanksgiving
