Same here. Had at least 45 min with the guy... Interestingly enough, they are also looking at PC, the little pervert running generics, because of 10K filing that were not quite factual... The name of creepy HR guy and his horror of a wife were also brought up, but I failed to make any connections there... Bottom line: start looking for a way out. Now.

What would PC have to do with off-label marketing?

People need to stop worrying that the sky is falling here. Company will probably pay a fine, just like Schering and GSK did.
 


















The US Attorney's Office in Newark is handling the investigation. Call the main number, 973-645-2700. Call and ask for the proesecutor on the Strativa/PAR case.

Very true it is very quite before they levy the fines,it takes about year just to do the settlement conferences.Every company is going to roll in this environment.All Obama can talk about is Medicaid and Medicare inflation and fraud.This is a great time to file a lawsuit against a pharma company or device company.

Yeah...what HAS happened with this? Are there any more interviews being conducted by Arent Fox? When is the case even going to be heard by the feds? Is it going to be heard, or will we just pay a fine? This thing was so HOT a few months ago, now no one even talks about it. Is it all but over?
 












Anyone who thinks that this is over is a total moron. The Feds are like genital herpes; they go dormant, but never really go away. Do not for one minute think that because there hasnt been any public talk about it, it has gone away with no action as the above poster indicated. There may be a lot behind the scenes going on that none of us know about.

The case continues. It is FAR from over. The grand jury hearings have begun and already PAR representatives have testified. It sounds like the government is building its case slowly, but looking to nail everyone from DMs on up. You're not hearing anything about it because they don't want distractions from the all-important B12 launch. The government will not just runa away and hide on this. They have a solid case and the testimony so far seems to back-up their claims. Why do you think there is so much emphasis on Nascobal? It will be the life-saver for PAR once they have to cease and desist Megace promotion in the homes.
