The FBI wants to hear from you

There are so many things at WC that are questionable it is not funny:
You have a DM in Florida that is running his own pharma company on the side and management knows it and endorses it. I wonder how Roger will take it when he finds out that Lenny has known all along and looked the other way?.

Its not a "pharma company". its an in-office generic pill dispensing business. So what if its in direct conflict with someone supposedly being paid to sell BRANDED atelvia?
sincerely, type A crazy in florida

What a sad pathetic company, not the people(reps) but the idiots who run it. I was part of P&G when they purchased their portfolio, I hear they have completely ran everything to the ground and now the feds are looking into them. I ran on day one(give me my severeance) knew they were crazy.

This whole work environment is sad, toxic, and full of decent hard working people who deserve better than what their two-bit management gives them.

I just would love to know one answer. Why does this company throw around money for breakfast, lunch and dinners (bragging about huge budget) and can't use that $$ to get their drugs decent coverage? Use that money towards better coverage and let reps have somewhat of a personal life.

I'm thankful I got out when I did and was embarrassed to say I worked here.

Joke company. Total disconnect between upper management and the street level rep. When was the last time someone above a 27 to 28, inexperienced DM, left a message regarding the direction of this company.

Investigation is ongoing. The wheels of the federal gov't move very slowly, but in this case very thoroughly. You will eventually hear of the charges, not claiming they be immense or crippling, but there will be consequences.

We will probably get a slap on the wrist like all the other Pharma companies. It's pretty standard. It's not the gloom and doom and "the hammer slamming down" thy everyone was predicting to happen by, I believe it was nov of 2012. Who cares? Business as usual.

If you guys think this is no big deal, you're in for a rude awakening. I was questioned by 2 federal agents. They have names, dates, places, and details. The powers that be are going to be wearing stripes. From the very top, right to the DM level. Past and present. A word to the wise, if you're still playing fast & loose because your manager told you to, I'd stop if I were you. It's not worth the ramifications. Truth. Take it or leave it.

Gods honest truth. I have been working for the company for the past 1 and half. Never once have I done anything illegal, nor was I ever asked to do anything illegal from my DM. Their may be some DM's from the past in the hot seat. Definitely some territories, but for the most part, this gloom and doom that everyone, in actuality, probably just a couple people, are spreading on this sight is completely ludicrous. Get over it, you are not that important. And you are not apart of anything huge that is going to make big headlines and get you a character in a movie down the road. So funny.

Warner Chilcott Out From Under Seal
It's hard to argue you did not know you were doing something wrong when the doctors you are allegedly paying to off-label market your drugs make presentations entitled: “How to Increase Revenue and Decrease Jail Time.” That and other mountains of evidence are presented in a 262-page False Claims Act complaint filed against Warner-Chilcott that recently came out from under seal. Among the allegations: paying kickbacks to doctors in the form of meals, gifts, honey-baked hams, and pheasant hunting and golf outings, having drug reps fill out prior authorization forms, and giving bribes and inducement to committee members deciding formularies. The drugs involved include the osteoporosis medications Actonel and Atelvia, the ulcerative colitis medication Asacol, the acne antibiotic Doryx, contraceptives Loestrin and Femcon, and the drug Enablex, which is used to quiet an overactive bladder.
