My only responsibility is to support my family. Opko has done nothing to deserve my loyalty or to "go the extra mile" .
Basic pay, crappy IC plan, crappy benefits and incompetent upper management.
Clock in and clock out is what u deserve and nothing more. Treat us better if u want more.

Funny. I remember when we were taking applications a couple years back and refused to take anyone from Relypsa, because the launch was / is a disaster and the whole sales force was / is incompetent. We have made Relypsa look like sales geniuses, and that's saying something.
