Got my AZ offer this morning, via Fed Ex, see ya POS Opko! Worst management in the pharma industry bar none. I received a pay raise, company car, realistic IC plan and will launch a drug that physicians want, best of all I won’t have a psycho for a manager anymore. Hope those that I know who are and have interviewed will get their offer today as well, God speed!

Going to be calling on nephrology launching Lokelma and if approved launching a new drug to treat anemia next year. I obtained an increase in my salary by over $20k. Hope you receive a letter from the FDA telling you and your 64 highly trained specialists to stop selling off label.
I have never sold Rayaldee as a life saving medicine as you claim the field of 64 is doing and those banging down the door to get in will claim to do because it’s not indicated nor is there any data to support the life saving claim you are referencing. You just provide another reason to get out of Opko ASAP where management advocates to sell off label. Congratulations, I truly wish you the best of luck. This is a win win! You get to go on to greener pastures and OPK gets to find a new person that will appreciate the opportunity. When you are paid a salary you have a fiduciary respondibility to act in the best interest of the company and their shareholders. IC plans are fluid, staying positive and giving meaningful feedback will be rewarded. Building a team from scratch is tough and usually you have a high percentage of turnover the first year or two. Those that are able to perform and see it through are usually better off than those that leave. Time will tell!!
