Interesting to hear and read that issues did not just occur in RCM-dept. Frank can't possibly have an idea of what's going on up there. Then again he has too with the lack/loss of revenue and constant revolving door of employees. There is no chain of command followed, allowing employees including supervisors and managers to include the VP, WW in way too many unnecessary catty non revenue generating discrepancies! If he is expected to grow and sustain revenue for MLS then let him focus on that! Stop with the bs like you're in high school and he is the principal. Follow chain of command... oh but the two positions below his, Director and Manager don't follow through or know how to manage people. So what do you do?
