Well another rep bites the dust over there I heard. Almost all your talent is gone now due to long term awful management. Assume business will be leaving in waves as well. Time to shut that puppy down.

Typical response and the reason all the talented reps have left. The disconnect between sales and Ops is ridiculous at MPL. Remember JC, without sales bringing in and keeping business, you and your Ops cronies have no jobs. Sales first always. Not Ops the way you fools see it. Damn shame.

That is a very narrow point of view. Reality is that you are selling the capability of operations.
 






Perhaps, but which was brutally incapable for a long period of time. Not necessarily the fault of those in day to day OPS, but upper Mngmt and investors. Unfortunately they too are considered a major part of operations.
