What exactly does "best of the best" mean?..It means you are fortunate enough to have "the best" manged care coverage combined with doctor's who are interested in prescribing your product.. The reality is, if your territory has shit manged care, and apathetic doctors who don't give a rat's ass about prescribing the product, you would be receiving the same lousy severance package as everyone else.
