The Dreaded Two Day

if this is true, these reps need to look in the mirror and answer why THEY didn’t earn a bonus. We have sales jobs and good products. We aren’t entitled to anything we dont earn, it’s 100% on us. We’re lucky we are typically left alone to run our plan 90% of the time. I could careless if I never saw my RD again, it’s on me, not them, to move and shake the clinicians.

I don’t think it’s an act of entitlement to ask corporate to stop these attrition rates that WE as reps cannot control.

I don’t think it’s an act of entitlement to expect that the rds would know how to behave with another human being A) us, because that’s how you build loyalty, duh B) offices where we are guests. I can’t sell if an rd burns my site. And after so long of being treated like crap, maybe the rds are the ones that need training on saying hi and bye and stupid shit like that. That “left alone 90% of the time” is bs. My rd has a PhD in micromanaging.

The nation was negative with TXR and virtually flat with OXR in Q1 vs Q4, at plan is $6K per QTR. At this point what level of performance do you consider at plan? Time to reevaluate.

My RD does too. And it’s obvious he is a potential ZD candidate with expansion, so it’s only gotten worse. How many different ways can we analyze the same freaking data??

There’s no way you have these numbers as accurate. Supposedly corporate doesn’t even know what’s what with Q1. That or they are slow paying us on purpose again so there isn’t a mass exodus of people quitting. This entire game that’s been played of; sell the product and we will pick and choose who we pay you on. Has shaken a lot of bones... now with payouts unknown and lagging...
 






I can’t be the only one that made plans depending on the bonus to be paid before Memorial Day. This is beyond fucked up. My wife asked how much. My answer, who the fuck knows. I am beyond livid.

Supernus has a morale problem right now, that’s for sure. Everyone I’ve talked to across the country felt it at their POA. Now we don’t know when or how much we’re going to be paid.
 






I can’t believe we’re not getting paid until after Memorial Day now. Thanks for the heads up Supernus @-holes. Wish I’d know that when I booked vacation for my family. Oh and knowing how much you think I should be paid, at your discretion of course, would be nice. Unbelievable

Imagine a two day in a different line of work. You meet your boss in a hotel parking lot and drive into work together. Walking in the front door arm in arm with your superior you both say hello to the receptionist and make your way to your cubical and pull up a chair. Your manager happily grabs a chair and sits right beside you eager to hear about what’s going to get done today. Fast forward a few hours and you have completed a few daily tasks on your computer but clearly nothing you have done so far is even close to your managers expectations and he has made it abundantly clear. Next up on the agenda bathroom break! To your surprise as you rise to go to the restroom so does your manager. He follows you around the corner and stands outside the door the entire time you are in there and when you poke your head back out he says all finished to which you nod begrudgingly. Where to now he says with a devilish grin???? Back to my cubical I guess. As you type away at a task you have no doubt completed successfully hundreds even thousands of times your manager offers a few completely irrelevant tips which they just received ten minutes ago from their boss. On to Lunch! You can NOT wait for lunch so you start dreaming of that delicious salad but then you realize it doesn’t really matter because your manager will be tagging along and you will get to hear all about how insert month is the most important month of the year! After lunch you drive back to the office and once again enter arm in arm and politely say hello to the receptionist. You would not dare forget because at lunch you were scolded about forgetting to say goodbye to each and every person in your office on your rapid exit for a mid day feast. As you settle into your cubical for the afternoon so does your manager. You repeat the entire morning pack up your belongings and make the hour drive back home manager in tow. As you pull into the hotel parking lot to drop him off 10 hours after pick up this morning he leans in close and whispers so what time tomorrow?
