The Donald

I am a physician and I am more than happy to sign off on standard orders for at risk patients having oximetrys performed when deemed necessary by a clinician.
This not only helps me care for that patient, but also help my practice run smoother overall.

I get it. Since you have earned the trust of your referral sources you can claim that these trials exist when there really is no studies you speak of and they believe your bs.

When in reality they laugh when you leave their office because you are nothing but a worthless o2 rep. A leech on the Medicare system.

Yes again I can certainly see how you have moved on. You should really seek out some professional help. You seem very bitter and resentful. Does lashing out at others on an anymous board make you feel better about yourself?

Perhaps that is what referral sources thought of you. I have worked in the respiratory field for years & pride myself in providing clinical assistance to my offices. I back up my calls with clinical trials & facts. Your lack of rational thought and intellect on this board only solidifies the fact that you were probably that stereotypical pos dme rep. I assume your examples from above is how you operated, no wonder why you possess so much angst.

Have a wonderful evening!!

Isn't there a policy against posting on these boards?does the policy not apply to those in Clearwater?

This guy may be a disgruntled former driver but what he states is what actually happens within the doors of this joke of a company. Everton knows this kool aid drinker on here is either Greg, Jodi, or a RM.

How does the test make your practice run smoother overall? These are tests you did not inform your patient you were ordering. Did they come to you and tell you what virtuox billed them for the test you didn't order? Let me guess you appreciate the lincare rep coming in and making a suggestion to order o2. How easy is that. Do they help you chart your order too? Hand deliver the cmn with treats in hand as well. Maybe a happy ending of you complete it correctly!

Your insinuations do not take into account a) the work I save after said patient has to repeatedly visit the emergency room or worse yet, be admitted, and b) the money said patient SAVES avoiding these unnecessary steps.

What percentage of the patients you run oximetries on that qualify for o2 with less than an hour below 88% even see an emergency dept or hospital room in the past year? Your claims are garbage and your method is border line fraud.

Anyone who has worked for this scam of a company knows it is not about reducing read missions. It is about doing whatever it takes to get the o2 number. Whether the patient needs it or not. Quite hilarious Clearwater is here defending their honor.

Do your patients know the concentrator being billed at $180 a month can be purchased for $100 outright?

Where can you buy a concentrator for $100? We use statebof the art equipment and it cost 12 times that amount.

Spot on. Plus we have many other costs. Having a staffed center with a physical location, vehicle lease, gasoline. $20 per hour and even up to 30/HR wages considering on call and overtime, paid mileage and cell phone, supplies, guaranteeing we replace if breakdown, checks, I could go on. We provide a great service considering the reimbursement rates have been cut to near $50 a month in many markets. Stop talking out of your ass disgruntled former employee and seek some help. You do need it.

What region pays service reps $20 hourly? We can't even find any to work in my office with the advertised rate of $15 hourly. Who do I need to call to get my budget re worked?

I'm a service rep in the east and would love to find out how to get this $20 per hour. I started at $12 per hour. Show me the money you cheap ass company.

Another lovely Monday. Center manager whining over a slow start to the month with no answers in sight from the lazy sales rep. Csr shows up late just like every other day then she spends the first half hour on the toilet stinking up our bathroom. Good thing is 12 per hour service reps are here to keep this place running.
