Anyone notice when Miebo launched and tripled expectations not one kudos went to the sales force, but every department in corporate was sitting around posturing about, trying to take credit. But now that corporate has realigned our territories, given us new targets, no resources, and a new product, the sales force is the first to be blamed for xiidra numbers?
funny thing is Brad and the other “upper management” people sit in their offices generating ZERO business for the company..yet they bark orders to those of us who are in front of the doctors every single day trying to get business and tell us we are failing. What a joke. Upper management does NOTHING to generate sales….ie zero profit for B+L. So why are you here? What do you do? They are actually costing the company money with their extremely high salaries….please, tell me I am wrong, and prove it.

kicker or no kicker has anyone noticed that the last poster posted all three messages after 1 am? Dude you need to get a LIFE! Who spends their time on cafe pharma at 1 am? Don’t you have a husband or a wife to snuggle up to? He/she is probably busy with another person because you are too busy trolling the internet at 1 am in the morning.
If you are on the West Coast, the post will be in your time zone appropriate and if someone is on the East Coast the time that the post Was published would be according to East Coast time, so it is your local time.
it doesn’t take a genius to figure out that it’s likely someone in the West Coast where they are behind by several time zones. 1am East coast is only 10pm West coast.
So the people who got laid off with the reorganization has anyone found a new job?
