The class action lawsuit of the century

Sounds like a good way of converting a lot of newly part time employees into full time and very vocal anti vax advocates, that all have the inside info and know the right people to talk to IMO.

You’re the sheep following along with the anti-vaccine crowd. Let me ask you this rebel; when the doctor sloped you on the ass at birth, did they give you the MMR and smallpox vaccines? What about polio or the chicken pox vaccine? Did you get any of those? Of course you did. Because it was a good idea to protect you and the world from those diseases. As politically charged Corona is thanks to our idiot politicians, it is something we need to move past and the vaccines will help.

But I suppose you’d prefer sitting at home another year collecting a paycheck.

I never got the chicken pox vaccine because I already had chicken pox when that vaccine came out. That is the entire point people are trying to make. If someone hasn't had coronavirus yet, the vaccine makes sense. But if they already have had it, then why make them get vaccinated it they have recovered from it?

doesn't supersede basic human rights

Employed at will is such an overused phrase that is BS. Explain why they just don't get rid of someone instead of putting them on a PIP. Unless it's blatant falsifying of reports or expense issues, or something extreme like harassment. It takes a long time to get rid of somebody. Documentation by the manager can take a couple years before HR gives the ok to terminate

OSHA says employer is responsible for any injury or death as result of them making the Jab mandatory for employment.

If I require my employees to take the COVID-19 vaccine as a condition of their employment, are adverse reactions to the vaccine recordable? < [link to www.osha.gov (secure)]

If you /require/ your employees to be vaccinated as a condition of employment (i.e., for work-related reasons), then any adverse reaction to the COVID-19 vaccine is work-related. The adverse reaction is recordable if it is a new case under 29 CFR 1904.6 and meets one or more of the general recording criteria in 29 CFR 1904.7.

Fine line legally w covid vaccine mandate.
In general a co cant mandate vaccination.
However if a company operates in an industry or environment regarding safety & well being others then vaccinations likely would be legal.
So Hospital employees, LTX employees, physician offices and even Pharma where daily contact with patients impose a health risk & spreading-).
So likely Pharma industry will be able to mandate employee vaccination and if dont like it , take a job outside of healthcare.

Exactly. If the healthcare facilities require vaccinations, then a rep must comply.
