I hate this company.

They pay me for doing my job

When I call the HQ with questions they answer them

Everyone I've met who has made mistakes is willing to admit they have made mistakes and are trying to get better

It just sucks.
 






I hate that the people running this company at the highest levels are crimminals that spend their time covering up all their non-compliant/crimminal actions by threatening, (destroying evidence) and harrassing quality employees, people of integrity and honor.

Do you crooked filth need anything else clarified for you?
 






It's amazing that these individual of which you speak (and believe me, I agree with you!), can sleep at night and live with themselves. Hopefully, these corrupt individuals are reading the news and realize that eventually, what you do to others, finally catches up with you (ie Joran Van der Sloot, OJ, Tiger Wods etc..). These individuals thought they'd gotten away with what they'd done as well. So to all you managers who have ruined the careers, livlihoods of others (just because you were on a "power trip"), take note! Justice prevails in the end...it may take awhile.....

The pharma industry at one time was elite, extremely selective and only hired the "cream de la creme". When I was hired, the process required that MINIMALLY, the candidate have a 4 Year degree (science or healthcare related); have some prior work experience (no new college grads) and the hiring process required a very stringent set of interviews. Generally, 4 or 5 interviews minimum. The industry was full of these types of professionals. Boy have things degenerated! Words like selling with Integrity, offering superior customer service was the language of the day. The industry has become quite a joke....

I encourage anyone that is aware of the large scale corruption at Astellas to contact the FDA. Do not go to the compliance group. Prior experience has shown that they will immediately begin by destroying any evidence that they can find. And compliance will not protect you from retaliation. HR is a waste of time also. The agents at the FDA will be very happy to speak with you concerning Astellas. All complaints are taken seriously. All complaints are fully investigated.

You may also want to send a letter or email to your congressmen or senators. If you are reporting that federal regulations (laws) are being broken, (non-compliant actions) their staffs must pursue your letter through the appropriate government enforcement agencies (Justice Dept., FDA, etc.) to protect themselves as holders of public office. Some ultra conservative cogressmen and senators staffs might just bury you email/letter, but most will have their staff pursue it properly. Sometimes democracy works; sometimes the (smart/active) little guys win.

I would also start printing out any helpful emails detailing the deep corruption at astellas. My experience is that the managers/crimminals running astellas are incredibly stupidly arrogant and do detail large scale non-compliant (law breaking) actions in sometimes extensive email chains. Be careful once the management /crimminals are on to you, they will have the crooked compliance group wipe out your entire email database ( a crimminal act).

Astellas is one hell of a horrible place to work. Try R&D - and you think sales is bad. Management is non-existent - HANG IN THERE - what a nice way to motivate employees who are working 12 hour days. Hang in for what - 14 hour days?????? Get an "f'ING CLUE FOLKS. ASTELLAS SUCKS.
 






The more corruption and integrityless behaviour by management that I witness at asstellas just makes me more determined than ever to fight this corrupt company for as long as it takes. I am an American born and raised. And this corrupt company that has an utter disregard for our laws needs to be brought down like an enron or worldcom.

The lines have been drawn; it is the Americans V. the whatever the hell you people are, oh yah crimminals.

The people that run this company belong in prison. And I hope to put some of you there.
 


















I will quite agree that coming to Astellas was the biggest mistake in my career!!! I not only have the HANDS DOWN WORST manager I have seen in an over 10 yr career, but the worst human being I have had the misfortune of meeting!!! I am ashamed to admit that I have never loathed or been made physically ill like this by another human being. He is the most vile, disgusting and immoral man ever. I hope he suffers.

Yeah, our team was told that we could not take anytime out of the field to study for the two drugs we just added to our bag. We were told to do the training on our own time. Just what I wanted to do during my personal time. Gotta love the work/life balance. Time for a Field Sales Force survey!
