Most of us love working here. But the pay is way below industry standards. Someone actually said to wait and try and get a spot on the new ladies team, S.F. If that isn’t some crap. Word out in the field is her team is being paid more. What AD is doing to all these people? Year after year we hear his speech and now this. I have a friend at Sanofi she wasn’t that special there. Why we are all being screwed makes no sense. Many more will leave.

Not fired my friend just smart. And any of you left, loyal? Don’t be dumb. Word is out from person with full knowledge inside that saw first hand what is happening. AD is all in on his new hire from big pharma, Sanofi lady. Her people will and are going to be making much more then you all even bonus. And she got some huge package with lump sum taxed up for move, car and is highest paid beside AD. If your inside or outside you can make more. You are getting ripped off.

How is a new hire for a new team on a club trip? Heard she was there. Should make all of us that worked and came in so close happy. The talk is out inside and the field it spreads fast and treatment here is just ruining this once great company. Put on your fake faces. Some do it so well.

What is the over/under on resignations? Most will wait for bonus and resign after the deposit. The upside down treatment here has never been more evident.
