Some of the best reps and employees leave here for a lot more money. Why does the company force good employees to quit from here?
Because they won’t match that kind of money and will bring in a newbie for less than you or the best rep was making. Cycle continues. Unless you are coming in from big pharma you will get the money. Heard that at training class last week from walls talking. New lady highest paid at company. Not sure why JF wasn’t promoted considering he leads us year over year to big numbers with Np

SF wants to make this Sanofi and bring Sanofi people with here, Sw is one...strange how he was here prior. Yet HR ignoring how females felt and feel around him from his old office and now lunch area, him “wondering about”. Suddenly there will be a flood of money available for her new hires and their pay scale. AD will let loyal people down. Ask anyone you know at Sanofi, if you know directly or indirectly what they thought of her.

We have to quit our job here to go get paid what we should be paid to start. Why does the company do this? This is why turnover is high here. Avion doesn’t just uses us.
 


















Avion has really lost some top reps that last few months. What’s going on? Should we be concerned?
Well that is a loaded question. AD has totally changed the culture. Pays CERTAIN people a lot more than others. So of course word gets out and loyal people cut out ASAP. Brings in a big pharma person who really hasn’t earned that title, DC coukd have ran circles around her but no interview for her, and the side kick has how many title changes? Been here for how long? And who got kicked out of his office and has been here longer than almost everyone here cause SW complained...no wonder people leave. Two Sanofi people turned this place into crap.
 






Everybody gets their first job in pharma and Avion is usually a field reps first gig. Who did we lose that this wasn’t their first pharma job? Who didn’t get a significantly better paying position and one that they couldn’t get without that Avion experience? Don’t link the 2 issues into one because they are not related. We need companies like Avion so we can get our experience before chasing the bigger opportunities that are out there. It’s been like that here for a while.
 






It’s a shame they just don’t pay what the rest of pharma companies pay. I really liked working there. I probably would’ve stayed if they paid like every other company. Sounds like a lot of recent changes that aren’t good.
 
























Someone Avion paid really low base and got a big base some other company. Why don’t they just pay going rate?
They should hire big pharma only going forward ...that would solve the problem. Your heard about the printer paper right? Sf gets more than anyone at company except for AD, SW gets more than a lot of others that have been here years at his level...
 






Well AD and MS are just hiring big pharma people who think they deserve big bases. Anyone look at SF experience? What a joke. She’s never been in a position more than 2 years and bounced around all over Sanofi. She’s never led a sales team? So many more qualified people didn’t even get a chance to interview. This company is so full of lies.
 






A lot of us cannot understand the Spencer hire and worse yet a promotion after just starting. What the hell. Did HR do a reference check on this creep. No. HR continues to do nothing as Spencer is harassing and constantly going out of his way to intimidate lot of us. I can’t believe how bad this company got so fast.
