Why is everyone so down on MP and Carisomes. Macro economic, reimbursement, and R/D challenges are expected for any business breaking new ground and especially for one positioning itself in a field that is revolutionizing the health industry. Every major pharmaceutical and Dx company has a program looking at microvesicles and exosomes. Yes that's right companies like Roche, Abbott, GE, Myriad, etc, etc even Samsung is looking into it, The NIH is funding deep translational research programs. Don't be so short sighted and petty, have a little patience and show some passion and vision or look for an old school lab service job where you'll be happy. You are lucky to be involved with such a forward looking organization.

Perhaps someone will followup with some rational dialogue instead of spewing the unprofessional and nonconstructive stuff that has been expressed so far.
 



The stupid person is jay vee. She is angry because she got fired and is going after certain people on this forum. Jay vee- spewing lies and hate is only hurting you. You are so obvious and everyone knows it is you. Stop attacking elle bee and everyone else. Move on. You dont work here anymore. Get the help you deserve and need. You are sick.
 



The execs should step back and take a real unbiased look at the people who inspire such venomous conversations on the boards. While people may be dramatic in their hollering, there is often some truth in the accusations that starts them off. Particularly when its the same person for months on end - look at KD.

Unfortunately we all know that will never happen. Why would competent management practices start now? Instead it will be more of the same.

If you get a call from another sales person to check out something on here and so you do, that should get you fired? But someone who remembers to check from their personal iPhone posts and should get to keep their job. Both are using company time one is just slightly smarter about it than the other.

Caris is not sinking by the way. the plan is for DH to sell off parts to get a ton of money for the part he wants: stinkysomes. Those who stay will get a bunch of money (might be out of a job) but will get a bunch of money. get ready for an interesting ride. all the folks that are left in upper management know the drill but you will not get them to admit it. Who is left? all the folks who lack scruples. Except Phil, he is awesome.
 






Even Phil cannot help Caris. One bright light among so many folks who lack vision and scruples. TS left or was forced out. That leaves the others who are either as lackluster as he was or unethical. LB is unethical, JM is the henchman for the tiny one, and the rest are the minions who follow either camp. Meanwhile, sales are way down and really good companies will win out over us. Will our stocks be worth anything when we break apart? That is the question. We could make money but then again I doubt it. The unfair thing is that we will have to enter a market that is already glutted with folks looking for a position. It is impossible to find a job. Unfortunately those who have led the company to ruination will walk from here to another easily while we suffer and cannot find work. I just hope it sells and does not break apart so our stocks will pay my mortgage for awhile. Am I dreaming? Probably.
 



yes you are dreaming. no one gives a crap about the people in this company. no loyalty, no scruples. people leaving in droves or getting fired. unreal. but the short one will always be rich and what is left of the original group is all gone. who is left? I will leave it up for comment.
