The Al Bundy of Iroko

If it is true that she held this meeting in Monterey because she was out there on vacation, she should be fired on the grounds of stupidity. What a waste of money. The company just fired 1/2 of the employees. The investors should clean house. The executive team is equally responsible for letting this happen. They should all be fired.

only reason why it is there is because of the Monterey Jazz show. Great accommodations. Makes no sense to make us managers fly into SF and take a car service for 2 hours south. No sense at all. After we just laid off a bunch of people to save $$$$.

Word is LOU is not well. His blood pressure is out of control. LOU, we hope you feel better soon!

I don't wish LOU ill will, but by him telling everyone at the manger's meeting that Iroko is in good shape and Kew will continue funding the company, he is lying and the stress is getting to him. It is likely his blood pressure problems is due to his uncertainty about Iroko.

The walls are beginning to crumble around him. It was confirmed that the second floor of headquarters will be rented out and only the 3rd and 4th floors will have Iroko employees. Start contacting recruiters now so you can be employed when Iroko collapses. It is only a matter of time...

Iroko has started into a death spiral. There are 13 rep positions posted on their website and more reps leaving every week. They will not be able to fill rep positions fast enough to keep the company going.

How the hell did LOU become the president of Iroko? Just because he has money, it doesn't mean he knows how to run a company. I can't believe I joined this loser company. As bad a LOU is, Clarissa is the worst I have ever work for. She sucks.

Just read a great article on being a leader. These are some of the traits:

1. Value being a role model
2. Understand the balance of power
3. Inspiring
4. Embrace being a mentor
5. Relationship people
6. Great story tellers
7. Authentic
8. Passionate
9. Adaptable
10. Grateful

Clarissa is none of these! It is time to get out as the ship is sinking!

LOU - It is time to take a stand. Clarissa is up to her tricks again. Did you know that Clarissa and the AVPs are flying to Atlanta tomorrow so a couple of the RBMs who are presenting in front of the Board next week can do their presentations for them. Another poor use of time and $$$! Who is watching the business? Can't understand why this company is failing.

Atlanta is no big deal. Clarissa just did s site visit to Cabo for an award trip. For a company that is virtually bankrupt and with zero path forward, she spends money like no other Pharma company. You have to BELIEVE LOU and Clarissa are incompetent. I bet she took her husband like she did for the Monterey meeting.

I find this very disturbing. Any one of us could have lost our jobs in September. I have asked myself do I really want to work for someone like Clarissa? First the meeting in Monterey and now this. I know our titles were changed and we got an increase in pay, but after some soul searching I realize that I don't want to work at Iroko. It goes against how I was raised and my beliefs. I don't like that we never hear from her and I don't like that people lost their jobs and I don't like how she spends the company's money after people were fired to save the company money. It is just not right.

I like my job, but I can't work at Iroko anymore. I am planning to give my two weeks notice. My husband does well enough that we can get by until I find another job. I am so disappointed.
