I meant I didn't hear anything about taking their new rep around if we get displaced. I think he meant updating Optimizer with customer info.

Updating optimizer is to be done by next friday. We all will still have jobs then. That is obviously for the next rep to have the account info. The comp package for the displaced reps is basically a checklist by the dm of account transition. aka - introducing who the reps are gonna be and letting them know you didnt survive project "constitution"

again - lets compensate the reps to go embarrass themselves
