Thanks Mark Hermelin

Nonesense. The beard wanted a higher price. Scott and Greg were completely powerless. DOnt forget that the beard junior, despite being a fraternity brother of SCott had his allegiance with his dad. Should the price been lower? Sure. But hat dog has run away. too late.

You are a complete idiot, Marc could have nothing to do with the company AT ALL or he would be in jail! What kind of glue are you sniffing? It was the greed and stupidity of Greg.

Yes and now Marc stars on the reality show swamp people. He has taken a vow of poverty and lives on the swamp huntin' gators....

Hey moron. The company fell apart when Marc was still here. Once the products were pulled, Greg and company had little ability to fix it.

Funny. The resemblance is startling. Wonder what they do for kosher food if they're living down on the swamp... gators and mudcats are not kosher.

Yells yes they is. The gators that chew cud is kosher. I think they walk on pads and have cloven feet-so they kosher. Mudcats dont have scales-so they aint kosher.

MSH did create the initial collapse of the company by employeeing spinless idiots that did not stand up to him and said "good idea Marc" even when they knew this would create significant problems.

David Van Vliet then stepped in (by the way DVV was the whistelblower to the FDA thinking that he could screw MSH and the run the company and the FDA would give him an attaboy- NOT!!)

DVV with Greg then presented the pricing analysis "SKP Pricing and Reimbursement Study, June 2009" that was commissioned and managed by Get-a-clue.

the $1500 price was then used as the base revenue stream to financially re-structure the capital of the company - McHugh.

you make your own mind up!!

it has been such an enjoyable soap opera to watch - glad that i left at the start.

DVV was one of the "yes-men" idiots that went along with Marc, along with several other upper management that certainly knew better. When they orchestrated the "palace coup" I guess they thought they could easily get Marc removed by the FDA/Justice Department.
The goofuses didn't realize that they were also responsible for the bad management decisions and that FDA and the Justice Dept were not going to just walk away after Marc was removed from the company.

The $1500/injection price was totally outrageous. What is surprising, and quite telling regarding the incompetence of Divis and the board, is that even after such strong resistance to the price of Makena, and the feeble reduction to $690/injection, management continued to resist lowering the price of Makena to a more acceptable and reasonable level. Instead, they ran the company into certain bankruptcy.

It's been a soap opera alright, sad that some 1500 dedicated and loyal employees, some with 25 and 30 years of service, and most with retirement tied up in KV's 401(k) plan, were terminated..... with the goofuses responsible for the destruction of KV/Ther-Rx still managing the company!

When DVV was finally forced out of the company, he received a $1 Million "golden parachute". DVV was a VP in charge of manufacturing when all the FDA issues were happening.... yet he was made CEO after Marc Hermelin was forced to resign. DVV is probably more responsible for the manufacturing issues/recalls than Marc H.
What a screwed-up company....the sad saga continues yet today.

Hey moron. The company fell apart when Marc was still here. Once the products were pulled, Greg and company had little ability to fix it.

Sure they did... maintaining the price of Makena at $1500/dose and then $690/dose, guaranteed that the company would see bankruptcy. Pricing was stupid, so were the decisions to sue the FDA and the state Medicaid agencies. In fact, Greg and company were able to turn just about every stakeholder in KV or Makena negative, just based on their rather stupid decisions.

If you're the shareholder, send a letter to Honorable Judge Alan Grooper..here's a format you can use. The US trustee will take your letters into consideration. You're almost being stolen by noteholders. you're been abused enough..may be you get some help from the judge on the formation of equity committee and eventual negotitation (hope)..

Equity Committee Creation. Write the letter to the judge

I gave my very best years in sober earning to make millions for hedge fund companies, How should I trust anyone? I paid the price thinking that the revenue generated from "Makena" would boost the shareholders value but here the note holders are trying to rob the company out of the "accidental mess" created by "the bureaucracy" of uncontrollable market forces. Ultimately, we, the shareholders are being penalized. I would just like to say in my own voice the indignity that I am feeling at this moment, I would like for those few to sit back and put themselves in our places.

My investment in KV-Pharma, particularly my common sense belief that "Makena" would provide shareholders the value they believed - my belief has been crushed. Compounders tried to kill "us" the shareholders. They used dirty tactics to abuse the legal system and society paid the price. Here I am seeing again, the same situation. I only wish that those few to sit back and put themselves in our places. What was our fault? We've been abused by everyone. Who hears our voice?

KV- Bankruptcy court documents. Shareholders need equity committee but first need the US Trustee or the Judge to allow them to do so. Write a letter tomorrow and let it reach by Wednesday. The more the shareholders are involved, the better the odds that shareholders will retain the company..Where the fuck is Hermalin family or major shareholders?

Lowering the price didn't matter, moron. You really don't have a grasp of the facts.

You were stupid enough to buy stock in this company. You deserve to lose it all.

Lowering the price from $1500/injection to $690/injection was not a real attempt to price Makena at a reasonable level. I do understand that 17-hydroxyprogesterone caproate, the raw drug, is cheap, not covered by patents, and readily available as the USP certified drug substance. Furthermore, compounding pharmacies are able to prepare the compounded version of the injectable and sell it for somewhere around $20/injection. That certainly tells me that the Makena product is vastly overpriced. Maybe you should look into the facts??
