I just wanted to take time to personally say Thank You. Thank you for being so consumed with greed that you destroyed the very company your father worked so hard to build. Thank you for not considering the lives of the factory employees that worked so diligently to manufacture products that were at one time the very best in Women's Health. Thank you for not caring about the sales reps that carried this once strong organization on the their shoulders. Thank you for not having class, self respect, and dignity. You are a great example of what can happen when leadership has no moral compass what-so-ever and lacks the ability and understanding of what it means to lead.

If he were still in charge, crazy or not, beard or not, say what you want but he would have ran out Greg long ago for what he has done period! You can say what you want or will but there is no way the things that have happened would have if Marc were here. Man made a mistake (not all the crap reported I am sure) but a lot of people would still have jobs and KV would still be thriving.

Here is a post by someone who is a complete moron. NOTHING happened without Marc's say so. Marc screwed it up and those that remained after he left were not smart enough to fix it.

100% accurate. The beard is an idiot and a criminal. He will enjoy the hundred or two hundred million he took out of the company and die a luxurious death in israel. The ruined lives he touched will not better off for having worked here but can only hope to learn a being related to the founder of a company or married to the CEO of a company is not a qualification worthy of title. The lucky sperm club strikes again.

After prison? He is living a luxurious life in Israel in his mansion, living on the $200 Million he took out of KV.

Marc is so greedy that he sued his 94 year old father to gain control of his fathers trust so that Marc adopted sisters-which were adopted 25-30 years ago by Vic-would not gain control of a portion of the $30 million trust account-this after Marc enriched himself, married his secretary (Chrissy), and divorced the mother of his children, and fired his brother-in law. What a great guy!

He did give Rabbi Myron Yolkut a donation of 1500 in 2008. Who knew that Myron was a Rabbi!

There are plenty more to blame, this ship was sinking fast because of greedy, narcissis, stuck up, partying playboy and playgirl people running this ship off course long ago. Yes Marc did his fair share of taking care of himself but this ship was sinking long ago.

Marc was the sole captain. He hired and fired people at will. When times were good-he fired people. When times were bad - he fired people. When a janitor wanted to take a vacation day and marc's little dog ran into the street- marc could not find said janitor-so he fired him for not catching his dog- and instituted a pathetic vacation policy.

Notice that a hermelin never ever was officially in charge at Ther-rx, unofficially a different story. This way, the responsibilty of success or failure however it was measured was NEVER with a Hermelin. They insulated themselves with millions of dollars in salary and bonus, rewarded themselves with back dated options, and due to OUR efforts-the business grew from $0 to several hundred million in sales. Hermlin was too cheap to replace a couple of pill presses at westport (true story) and so a company with 1700 employees is now on the verge of closing-forget about BK. Maybe the company can sell the building-oh wait-Hermelin owns the building and leases it back! Maybe a couple of bucks for the "art" hanging on the wall? Nope, hermlin owns this as well. Anyone want a mushroom chair or butterfly desk? Ikea wouldnt give that shit away.

How about buying a $2 option letting the company sit on YOUR cash for a year, only to see that its worth less than the postage to send it? Unless you are a hermelin, then cashless transactions are welcome. KVs collapse will be taught in business schools on how not to run a business. The fact this criminal only got only 30 days (and served none) and is barred from ever participating federal programs is a gift. The 27 million fine that ethex (insurance) paid should have come from the change in the couch in hermlin tree house. He ordered the product shipped. Meanwhile more than a thousand people are out of work and he and his beard are sunning themselves in Haifa.

For years Greg and Scott have and continue to receive enormous paychecks. What has been done by them for the past four years to improve things? Doesn't look like much. Greg and Scott could have and should have reduced the price of Makena and you all would be doing great right now but the got greedy.
 






Does anyone think it is a coincidence that Hermelin is in Israel and OMG!....Gynazole is now being manufactured guess where???? ISRAEL. If you think that is a coincidence, then you must still be working at Ther-Rx!!

Nonesense. The beard wanted a higher price. Scott and Greg were completely powerless. DOnt forget that the beard junior, despite being a fraternity brother of SCott had his allegiance with his dad. Should the price been lower? Sure. But hat dog has run away. too late.
