nobody with 10 years service was cut; not that I know or anyone I've talked with today.

Tenure was not a factor, reps that have been around for a while that were cut, were clearly below their peers.

I didn't mean to imply i thought tenure increased your chances of being retained. I just didnt hear of any long timers being let go.

Anyone surprised at who was let go?

I know of one in the east that shocked everyone, but I heard there were personal reasons behind it.

A lot of PC winners let go I've heard. Comments?

some reps were let go that needed to be let go, however a lot of great reps/pclub winners had to be let go unfortunately. no question there were some shockers!

Pclub? You would think they would be kept.... I guess the lower salaries are more appealing than results.

You really are clueless. High paid reps are not paid that much more than reps on the low end. If someone was cut that has won PC, it was a long time ago and they have been garbage since. That was exactly the case within our region. Rep gets cut and tries to say that they produce, but they have been at the bottom for years and years.

Congrats on that PC, 7 years ago.
