Years of slaving away selling crappy products and this is how you treat your people. Getting screwed for buying cars. You didn't know? What a JOKE!!! And only 8 wks for those who recently left other jobs to come here. Unbelievable! Sorry you have such low appreciation for your team. None of you are leaders and the continued failed launches are a result of YOUR ignorance. We have families to support and we have been loyal to this company for years. Amazing. I believe in karma. Hope you all can sleep well tonight knowing you screwed us all.
 


















What a joke. And to rub salt in the wound, he announces "but wait, there's 11 jobs in HSS available tomorrow!" And proceeds to toss it at us like we're leper beggars. Wow.
 












The fact that they just recently had people in training, and knew this was the ultimate fate of the OSS rep, speaks volumes about the company. Good luck to those HSS reps and those Applying for an HSS position. I fully believe that this company is full of terrible leaders who will drive this company into the ground. As unfortunate as it is to be laid off, I see it as an opportunity to get off the boat before it ultimately sinks. Bon voyage
 












The C-suiters at Mallinckrodt are the antithesis of effective, ethical and empathetic leadership. They represent everything wrong with corporate culture in the 21st century... They have known for weeks that this was going down. So - if you bought a car - know that they were lying this entire time. They knew they were going to hurt you financially. I think lawsuits are coming down..
 












I hope somebody finally starts to hold these heartless people accountable. Pharma companies have been getting away with these so called layoffs in the name of efficiencies, etc all the whie the talking suits keep building their wealth. I'm all for them making money but not on the backs of the people that gemerate it for them. I'm really POed at this recent turn of events and if I were a serious stockholder I would start questioning everything they put out there and really dig into the numbers. There is no way after all that has happened that things are as great as analysts try to make them out to be. Guess they're either too dumb, too greedy or simply smart enough to get out while making a profit.
 










































Sue the shit out of them simply for the car factor, if nothing else. They could have sent an email delaying car switchover for 60 more days and given a lame excuse. At spin time they delayed people getting new cars until people had 100k miles on their fleet cars. But...oh, no! They mandated the new car program (and a mandated $30K value) knowing they were going to lay off the entire OSS team. The whole car thing pisses me off and I have no dog in this hunt. I was 1st wave and we should have sued because there was no sales quota number for XXR and we got shitcanned for "performance." So you all should get an attorney and go after them for this bullshit. Someone please start the process! I hear they said on conference call that WARN didn't apply. How did they explain that?

Just googled WARN Act and it says any co. With 100 or more employees must give 60 days advance notice to affected employees, government regulators etc.. if more than 50 employees are let go by reason of a mass layoff OR a plant closing. (paraphrasing a little) What I read to me says indeed Mali legally should have given a WARN notice.
