Agreed...Came here about a year ago and so glad to be out of big Pharma and have so much more autonomy.
Love it here and the future looks bright when so many other companies have issues, layoffs and turnover.
 












Yes, I'm glad I'm here and not at my previous micro managing big pharma company.
I run my territory and have a ton of autonomy selling in a space against only 1 other competitor and love the fact that our product is superior to theirs!

Literally just had layoffs....with a hint that more are coming...

And the future looks real bright with all that debt and the DOJ. But you do you and keep them blinders on.

Oh I will and you just keep being you, living your life in doubt worrying about things out of our control. I for one and countless other colleagues of mine are very happy to be here and all the doomsday talk is old news anyways. Teva has been planning for these lawsuits and litigation for over 5 years. Our salesforce is now right-sized and better positioned for a great 2021. Hopefully those who were let go a few weeks ago will land on their feet. Its just the business we're in.

Micromanaging managers are now telling reps that the company leadership/HR is frowning upon reps using PTO to take time off. They feel we had plenty of time off earlier this year and should be willing to give back the PTO and work through the holidays. I think all manager conference calls and one offs should be recorded going forward in light of this intimdation. An employment law consult wouldn't hurt either. This place is criminal.

First, if this is true, then these types of managers are either untrusting or insecure. Regardless of the pandemic, December is historically slow and both reps/managers and providers take additional time off.
That said, your PTO is your time and should not be questioned. This is a benefit that has been earned. As a rep, taking PTO doesn’t mean I’m shut off to Teva or my territory. I have always fielded calls, emails, or service requests from my providers. If someone needs samples or has a question, I will gladly take the 5 minutes to help them out. Especially now with all the resources we have to help remotely. There are several employees who use their PTO in December and historically have always used it then. Not everybody takes a cruise or beach vacation for two weeks in the summer.
Do not feel pressured or uneasy about using your PTO. I’d bet that nobody else does.

The last town hall I was on I heard plenty of “colleagues” complaining about having to get out and do their jobs while I was mortified to hear them express out loud how lazy they were. I was out in the field moving market share at p-club pace but yet those slackers kept their jobs. So what you’re actually saying is you kept people who are happy to get paid for sitting on the couch while you got rid of loyal people busting their tails. I am landing on my feet, thanks, but I was happy to be productive for Teva. Now you’ve got a whole sales force looking for jobs, as nobody feels secure any more. Act like you don’t know that that is the bed you made all you want, but you know it’s true. I mean, Deb handed out the news like she was hanging out at a beach resort. If Teva had been planning for those lawsuits for 5 years then there wouldn’t have been a layoff. Stop the bs speak. It’s beneath all of us.

Thank you Teva?? Do you realize if you’re a good rep and generate thousands of scripts a year for Teva how much money that is vs what you are actually paid?!? And then one of the worst IC plans in the history of this industry?? Thank you?? Are you high? Do you need to be drug tested?? You are an absolute moron! Thank you? Lmao!
