I was at a job interview a few months ago (yes I am actively trying gtfo) and the person I interviewed asked how is Silvina and Flemming? I tried to maintain a poker face and told them its business as usual. To that, he said - "i applaud you for having a decent poker face but I know the reality of the company - it speaks for itself when you have 5 different US CEOs in as many years". He went on to say, that this company is pure financial engineering, gave props to the people who put the portfolio of decent products together and said it has to be one of the most vile companies on the planet. I let him speak - the longer he spoke the more hatred spewed out. Clearly Galderma had also wronged him. I just dont understand how someone can be so fucked up cruel.. you cant possibly think that so many people are incopetent and are hired to become leaders in teh first place... if they were and they were still hired, then you should fire Ben Foulk and the Global HR lady. There is no rhyme or reason to this place. Just a bunch of fools.
 






Sociopaths. Lacking in empathy and self awareness. Transactional and ruthless. All Flemming & Thomas see in employees is a replaceable resource - a liability for the P&L.

Same experience - have been asked several times about Flemming during interviews. Always have to use a diplomatic answer but people know he is the biggest, narcissistic, money grabbing psycho in the industry.

The person also mentioned that he ruined shire that his reputation was already tarnished by how bad that acquisition was
 






Seeing the messages above. It’s also most likely not just Fleming.
Someone has to rat to him. Aimee and Christina are real definition of bitches and everything wrong with corporate America. Silvina is powerless. Erick is just trying to stay alive. Consumer GM is a revolving door. Everyone else really doesn’t matter.

Can’t ruin something that was already in the shitter. No one on the team respects Christina, not even Jason. She’s just a horrible person. She is surviving because of alastins honeymoon growth. She will be gone soon. Conversations have already begun.

Not surprised since her team barely sees her. She doesn’t understand anything beyond the usual nonsense. She is happy with that since she takes her coupon and then moves stuff around.
 












can’t believe she continues to hide behind travel and travel for free. Before Alastin got incorporated into Galderma she was charging all of this on her personal card and racking up points for personal gain. It’s ridiculous how some of these leaders continue to benefit and skirt the system for personal gain while shafting others. Look into what she has been doing and find a stinking rotten ethics person
