Someone from the global team needs to come and see the shady shit US team pulls off. We are always hiding reality to make it look like things are ok. This is where Shires cannot be trusted. He is literally a bastard who will eat you out. Disgusting chap. Sales teams don’t get paid but it’s amazing to see how he continues to rake it in.
 






What exactly do the ASDs do? Still waiting for anyone to identify 3 ways they actually add value to all this? Who needs phones monkeys with titles these days. Seriously people.
 






The ASD’s schedule conference calls and don’t have a clue of what’s actually going on. That’s basically their job! How do you have an ASD that has never visited certain regions and ridden with reps to see what’s going on.
 






I don’t care about ASDs. I care about how these so called leaders are lying to us and getting away with it. I have even heard that some of these LT HQ people get 30K cash for car allowance every month despite never having to go into the field. That does lmk make any sense. I am in awe of wasteful spending.

They talk about cost cutting for everyone but the people who work the least and call themselves "leaders". Its a one trick pony shop give people some random crap to do, call it "only best people can achieve it", if you cant achieve it fire people. Rinse and repeat. cant wait for this company to implode.
 


















Still stuck with a wife who has never had a job. She has no skills 401k or pension. Shit don’t think she even qualifies for social security since she never contributed more than a few buckles. Anyone else stuck with an uneducated rock?
 






this has got to be one of the worst companies on the planet - for folks that consider purchasing tis brand think about what you are supporting. in a world where we care about human decency, this company has taken it to the extreme on the other end. as an employee i can tell you the pain i face coming in here every day only to know it could be my last. my family may not have a paycheck. my kids may not have healthcare. easy to say go get another job, but in this environment it isnt easy, especially if you have a shit name like galderma associated with you. its like advertising a food item for purchase but giving people poison instead. no different for galderma to advertise itself as a great company but poisoning folks with lies. they need to be investigated by the authorities.
 


















A company that cannot value its employees and customers and care only for short term profits is not worth working for - you will find yourself getting shafted. I will be launching a campaign to tell whoever I can in my derm network about the realities at Galderma - profane badmouthing, cheating and deceit and more recently blatant disregard for patient and consumer well being.
 






How many more people are going to be fired, how many more positions eliminated until there is a negative impact on numbers? Reputation is below zero, objectives crazy, associates here today-gone tomorrow, everyone knows Flemming is an asshole and yet performance is strong. How? Just how is this possible???
