I have spoken with a few Genentech reps who went through this and said how they cleaned our their managers and directors.

If after yesterdays call, if you’re an RSM or AD and have not reached out recruiters and dusted off your resume you are already a day late.

AD and RSM responsibilities are already being stripped away going into 2024. Much of their work and responsibilities will be done at the field level. There will be little to no career growth via promotion for field reps

One could only hope those Monsanto people have zero influence over what the future of our company looks like.

I have heard from 3 people at home office now, it looks like news will break on the 14th for those affected in the first go round. It lines up with what someone else posted I am not sure the extent of the changes but new org charts are being finalized. It looks like managers with a span of control of 6 or less are being looked it. Those responsiblities will shift to others. In the examples I saw the responsibilities are going back to the brand teams.
