Top Brass must be scared of there mid layer folks(supervisors-KAE etc) due to all the firing going on, DK and Drew need to realize that getting rid of the mid later only put a bandaid on the actual problem. Not sure why they won't fire the ones who really need it. CE, JJ, JM, MM, MF, SK, CW, AS, BL

Hope someone reads this who can understand that LC is not bettering itself by getting rid of mid layer if they truly want to make the company better then the folks above will need to be eliminated.

That's not at all a put down. Anybody lucky enough to get fired from this place should be thanking whomever did them the favor. A prospecting doctor said to me today that your company is the cheapest and worst service I have ever encountered. Maybe Labcorp should start asking their customers what they want instead of telling them what they get. Business 101 (It all starts with customer service)

You just figured this out now? Tell the doctor nothing will change and he is exactly right. Labcorp is filled with GED and high school level educations and the culture has the feel that someone is running the company from their garage.
 






Since the phlebs in New Jersey are calling the Union back in again you will see some heads roll. RM, JJ lied their way thru round 1 a couple of years ago - employees are not willing to fall for their bs again.
 






Union has been called to MD and VA as well due to leaders treating employees like third world sweat shop folks. I heard LC was going to be unionized up the East Coast which is great for the employees! maybe make some heads roll and other heads notice how well the employee are NOT treated! lead by fear is the motto because they don't know how to lead.

Could not have said it better myself. This place leads by fear because the managers are not trained to be managers. Employees are treated ao poorly in all divisions.

How many people retire from this place? From what i have seen they always find a way to cut the position before people reach a certain age. I imagine there will be a class action lawsuit someday, with this pattern of deliberate skating around age discrimination. Boo hoo to you! Labcorp treats their employees terribly and they treat their clients the same way! That's not a recipe for long term success.

When the employees continue to form a union that should tell you alot about the company. Granted, their are some lazy employees but not everybody is. The problem is labcorp and the management/culture not the employees. Start treating employees like adults and not like children.......
 






Nicely said! I will be leaving soon myself and I cannot wait!!! JM is a douchhebag and our manager doesn't buffer us from his tyrants. Why nobody does anything is beyond me!

The reason nobody does anything is because the people that manage and hire these people probably trained them and they worked for them in the past. Inbreeding never turns out well. Labcorp is littered with illiterate managers who have zero class and couldn't manage a group of girl scouts selling cookies

Nothing could be further from the truth. Unions are for lazy losers. It would kill the lab but I'm not worried because it will never happen. Boo who "the Sales Department makes all the money and get company cars"......waaaa waaaa waaaa. Pick yourself up off the ground and do something for yourself you cry baby! Unions........what a flipping joke. If I had a nickel for ever time I've heard this crap.
