No this industry has had unethical HR personnel and inept managers for years. It's time they finally got called on their bullshit. It just happens it's Novartis who has to pony up for this one, but it could be any pharma company.
 






Personally, I'm glad the jurors got this one RIGHT! I'm one of the 5600 who signed on to the class action lawsuit because regardless of what you may have experienced, discrimination is rampant at this company. Hate to tell you, you cannot make the claims that RR is did when you are logging calls and samples on customers that are in China. I worked with RR, she was always at her house and in typical sad ass rep fashion, she points the finger at the company and the DM. Her boss was a major douche, but she didn't do a damn thing and justice system just rewarded her. President Obama must of been on the jury.

I'm not the moron, moron. I left this pathetic company for MUCH greener pastures and MUCH higher bonus checks. PLUS I get a check for being a female at Novartis...LIFE IS GOOD!

take the money, i'm sure you deserve it!!! but be forewarned you will be blacklisted from every company you every apply for. you getting money from this discrim case is a matter of public record, and any company that does a background search on you will know you signed up to sue the company. do you think they will want a potential headache and hirre you???

so go enjoy that money if and when you ever get it.... i'd rather have my paycheck coming everymonth.

Take time to read the entire legal record. There is no mention of falsifying sample signature forms. There is mention of sample variences. All of the documentation is a matter of public record. If you dont care to know the facts that is fine and enjoy posting lies and showing your level of intellegence.

HAHA funny stuff! You must be the sad ass "counterpart" mentioned in the deposition who bragged about helping his manager get his "partner" fired so he wouldnt be in the territory alone. Funny how things work out. Again no one takes the time to be informed, to go and actually read the public record. There was no accusation, ever, of innapropriate use of samples or any action that was worthy of termination. Even the judge in the unemployment trial agreed. Composing a long list of questions to ask a rep about that happened 8 months earlier is totally bogus. Questions that could have been brought up while the rep was still in territory prior to maternity leave. The "clairification meeting" in August mentioned in testimony was a total joke! Hansen had already announced, ironically on the date of the birth of her child, that R had been fired and he planned to put the tri-cities rep in the position. Another male rep got the spot according to the documents.

Bottom line... belive what you want. Don't take the time to read the testimony that was provided under oath, its way more interesting to make it up as you go along. BTW there are hundereds of pages of Depositions that provide vast quantities of details including names and dates.

Wow thats funny because the Novartis attornys did not show any proof that she falsified sample documents. They didnt have any documentation from the company, her manager or her partner or the customer in question. This seems like important information and critical to discredit a witness. And show that she is a total lier, a lazy rep who just wanted to stay home and eat bon bon's! I wonder why, why, why wouldnt the huge expensive law firm with all the legal authority from Novartis and all of the documentation, sample signature forms, data, call logs, notes, etc. prove in some way shape or form that this rep was lying and falsifying sample documents???? Why not get the FDA involved too! If she says she sampled a doctor who was out of the country. If the accusation of document falsification was true why didnt it come up in Feburary, March or April. Maybe on a ride along, maybe during her annual review, maybe a phone call saying WTF???? Im just going on the testimony provided. I may not know all the "details"

Based upon the "details" that I know nothing about even though they are a matter of public record this rep would not have gotten a very positive review and a raise if she never worked. There would be reams of documentation on how she was a horrible rep and how "SHE DID NOT EVER WORK". From the documentation I have seen she did work. She provided the court a years worth of sample signature forms showing consistant sampling techniques and numbers consistant with the "8-10" calls per day as required by Novartis policy at the time. So I guess I have no clue and just find all of this facinating. I am wrong, you are right. And she just got lucky that with years to prepare the Novartis lawyers with access to every document and unlimited funds could not come up with a single shred of evedence to show that she lied, and falsified and is an untruthful witness that pergered herself in her deposition and again in Federal Court. It seems as though they would do that if they could since her testimony was 1/12 of the entire case and Novartis only had to put the smalles idea of doubt in the jurys mind in order to win. Oh and she should be in Federal Prison for pergery!

WRONG! Jurors knew exactly what went on and what they were doing. She was pregnant and she was doing what all of you assholes are doing, falsify those signatures when you need to. It is the most common shit you morons are doing and this crooked Co knows it and does nothing about it for it is part of the game you all play.
Yes, those jurors were smart and God bless them for doing the right thing as most jurors do if given the chance.
ps: that jury would have thrown a book on OJ the first time.
